We are property consultants dedicated to finding properties within the Costa Cálida and the Region of Murcia, located in the southeast part of Spain, just north of the ancient city of Cartagena. Located in Los Alcázares, our main focus is on the Mar Menor and country properties within a radius of 20 to 30 minutes drive.

As property consultants, our business model is based on matching properties to requirements. Our number one objective is client satisfaction, not only before you buy, but also after your purchase. We understand that investing in a foreign country where the language, culture, local customs and law are different might be a challenging undertaking and we strongly believe assisting you before, during and after your purchase is the only way we can achieve our mission.

Having successfully completed recognized education program within the Spanish industry, our staff is highly qualified to guide you during the process. In order to keep up to date with Spanish laws and regulations, we invest in regular training update provided through the two associations we belong to:

Both associations are officially recognized nationally and are dedicated to the betterment of the industry. This is achieved through regular seminars, specialized publications, conferences, classroom update training, and closely working with the consumer office to establish standards aimed at protecting the public.
